Jailbreakers!!! Stay alert and don’t update your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to the new upcoming Apple iOS 4.1.1 which will come out very soon, you WILL lose your Jailbreak if you update to the iOS 4.1.1.
Apple has developed a fix for the daylight savings bug in iOS 4.1 and it will be released in an upcoming software update. According to ZDNET, the bug causes recurring alarms to go off an hour early than the actual set time.
Of course we all know why Apple is about to release this minor update, the update The update is also set to patch hacker comex’ untethering hack which is used by Geohot’s Limera1n Jailbreaking tool for iOS 4.1.
Jailbreakers STAY away from this update until it is confirmed and until there is a Jailbreak solution available for this iOS version. I would strongly recommend you save your SHSH blobs right now before it’s too late.
The bug was first discovered on Sunday morning after daylight savings kicked in for New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Tasmania. Unless otherwise configured, most iPhones automatically adjusted to daylight savings and moved an hour forward. However, due to a glitch in the iPhone’s alarm clock application, any recurring alarms set to go off on multiple days, such as a weekday alarm, would go off an hour earlier than the time set.
“We’re aware of this issue and already developed a fix which will be available to customers in an upcoming software update,” Apple said.

iOS 4.1.1 will be release by Apple to fix a BUG
