Geohot had recently posted on his blog the Keys decoded of  Firmware 3.2 installed on the iPad.
He has just the last night jailbroken the iPad. He has posted 2 screenshots, one showing Verbose mode on the iPad screen, and the other showing us the application Cydia installed on the iPad with Firmware 3.2
Note that Dev Team had also already jailbroken the iPad with the exploit of the untethered jailbreak of Comexkstd on the iPod Touch 3G.
